I tried my first class last week and this has been one of my best decisions lately. The instructors are fabulously friendly, well organized, very professional and most importantly fun loving. Great way to socialize whilst simultaneously shedding kilos. I highly recommend it.

Thank you! Yeah really liked it! I'm already picking my fav parts! I loved last nights high intensity stuff and could really feel like I worked out the next day. And I loved the resistance band work, coz I felt like it was really working it out! And today's fav was the yoga poses.

Love the energy this class has and it is truly meant to absolute beginners as they break down all moves.

Bollywood music is very joyful and I love being able to dance my heart out and improve my fitness at the same time.

Instructors are very friendly, class was fantastic and the work out was so creatively packaged.
