We have just entered into a magnificent New Year, the glorious 2019! We were flooded with so many New Year messages, bestest wishes from our near and dear ones, all wishing us a wonderful year ahead. At the same time, I’m sure each one of us had a million thoughts go through our heads, new year resolutions, goals, fears, changes, fitness, challenges, a wishlist for 2019. In the midst of it all, we tried to take a wholesome view of the year gone by 2018, and tried to put things into perspective.
Fitness has definitely become the new age mantra. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. We are so gung-ho about this fitness resolution at the start of the new year, but with each passing day somewhere it loses steam easily, could be due to myriad reasons. It is important to keep going, one step at a time, small baby steps will lead to big results. Often we are afraid of change, it’s the fear of the unknown. But take the leap my friend and the net will appear. If you work hard enough, a divine power up there will make sure things work out for the best. At the same time, it is equally important that you work towards the fitness of your mind, peace & calm, soul nourishing thoughts, gratitude & happiness.
As the wise once said, ‘Change is the only constant in life’. Change isn’t a daunting word or task for this generation because the change people are seeking these days is not superficial. The desire for change comes from within. It is important to throw some light on reinventing yourself. Everyone is working towards reinventing themselves without being limited by age or their given situation.
Go ahead my friend & Reinvent Yourself. Crush regret and restart anytime. Build faith in yourself. Believe, always believe! Boost your mastery – at anything, your hobby, a passion, try something new. Lose the fear of disappointment. Give it a try atleast. Travel, it truly nourishes your soul, make more friends, meet & get to know people across generations. Have courage & a plan, don’t be judgemental. Take yourself out of your comfort zone. Keep experimenting. Be willing to let things go. Love with all your heart, share and care. Giving is a life worth living, is very well said. An attitude of gratitude always helps bring a smile on your face.
Renowned author Paulo Coelho in `The alchemist' wrote: "Keep listening to your heart because then you'll know its dreams and wishes and you'll know how to deal with them. People are afraid to pursue their most important dreams because they feel they don't deserve them or that they'll be unable to achieve them. Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And tell your heart that no heart has suffered when it goes in search of it's dreams because every second of the search for your dream is a second's encounter with god and with eternity."
Somewhere it made me think, to trust the Magic of New Beginnings!
Bestest wishes for a wonderful 2019!
