Bolly Active is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines fun and upbeat choreography with the hottest Bollywood music. It is a 60 minutes interval training class that has choreography which cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences that can help you burn around 600-1000 calories per session. Each class follows a unique formula called ‘Groove of the Day’ which combines 2- 3 trademarked programs. Every class is different and surprises you every single time. Our goal is for you to have a lot of fun as you dance to the beats of amazing Bollywood songs and have a blast !

Anyone and everyone! Bolly Active is an inclusive experience for people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds - anyone can relate to the movement, expressions, music and happy vibe of the class. Our choreography is gender neutral so the steps look great on BOTH men and women! Bolly Active is a cardio dance class based on interval training principles so you will see high impact choreography during class. All certified instructors can assist with any modifications should you need it.

We request students to wear proper fitness attires and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely in class. We recommend sneakers, cross trainers, gym shoes or even to go barefoot. Choose accordingly to what works the best for you, but please be aware of the risks involved when doing so. Also we recommend at pack a yoga mat or a large towel for the class.Finally, don’t forget to bring a water bottle to remain hydrated throughout class.

We are all for pushing your limits, but ensure you have your doctor’s approval before a class if you have an injury or medical condition. We ask that you always let the instructor know if you have an injury or medical condition. That way, the instructor can guide you with the proper modifications for specific exercises and steps used in the routine.
